He is survived by : his parents, Stanley Todd Couch (Michelle Couch) and Jeannie Vahsholtz-Liimakka of Idaho; his former life partner Noelie Harmon; his son Colby R. Couch; his siblings, Colin Reed Phillips, Derek Couch, Brianna Phillips and Britney Couch; and his grandfather Richard Fred Vahsoltz. He is also survived by nephews, nieces.
