With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard George Miller of Lowell, Oregon, who passed away on April 10, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Miller and Sarah Miller; his children, Todd Partridge, Lee Miller (Ali), Jannine Johnson (Craig), Ladd Partridge (Di), Kathleen Paden (Ron), Gerard Miller (Terri), Jill Partridge and Rick Miller (Amber); his daughter-in-law JoAnn Porter; his grandchildren-in-law, Michael Porter (Amy), Mindi Stroming (Allan) and Marcus Porter (Jen); and also, Robert, Bette, Charles, Mary and Shirley. He was also cherished by his wife, children, 39 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, extended family and many friends.
