He is survived by : his children, Duane Mann (Julie), Darcey Self (Steve) and Dana Guthrie (Robert); his grandchildren, Bailin, Baler, Demitra and Danica; and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan (Michelle) and Nick (Naomi). He is also survived by his wife of 56 years, his three children.
