He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hulbert-Washburn; his daughters, Wendy Rottigni of Colorado Springs, CO and Jennifer Jacobs of Beaverton; his stepchildren, Terry Washburn of Clackamas and Kathy Rollins of Hillsboro; and his stepsiblings, Nartez Rushlow of Pendleton, OR and Glaucus Bill Donley of Portland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
