She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Encisco and Carmen Encisco; her husband Paul Humlie; her daughter-in-law Kelley Humlie; her brothers, Justino Encisco (Sandy) and Manuel Encisco (Mary); and her sister-in-law Dolly Encisco.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rebecca Ruiz and Alfed Encisco; her children, George Humlie (Anita), Mario Humlie (Marci), Carmen Russell (Eric) and Petra Bolton (Fred); and her stepchildren, Kris Carlson, Debbie Wynn (Greg) and Michael Humlie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and many more nephews and nieces.
