He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Payne and Catherine Payne; his wife Virginia Philippi; his children, Judy Bischopink (Bob), Janene Edgerton (Rob) and Mike Payne (Nancy); and his siblings, Kenneth Payne, LeLand Payne, Fern Seward, Wilma King and Joan Lane. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
