She is survived by: her husband Philip Norton Bergen; her friends, Martha and Diane; her great-grandaunt Olympia Brown; her sister Mary Burt Blume; her children, Pieter, David, Andrew, Julia and Anne; her granddaughters, Robin, Mimi, Sadie, Miina, Juliana and Katie; her great grandchildren, Eleanor and Frances; her nieces, Pamela, Kate and Elizabeth Baldwin; and her nephew Geoff Bergen.
