She was predeceased by: her parents, Voyed Bliss and Agnes Bliss; her husband Elmer; and her brothers, Earl and David Bliss.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Wiest (Mark) and Shirl Bandy (Rich). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandson.
