She is survived by: her husband Larry Blanchard; her grandson Jonathan Qualls; her sister Patricia Ann Depew; her daughter Carolyn Ann Baldwin; her grandchildren, Jonathan Barton Qualls, Daisy, Morgan, Haylee and Isaac Baldwin; and her former husband Donny Baldwin.
