It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood Caine Spencer (Milton Freewater, Oregon), who passed away on June 2, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Spencer and Denton Testerman Spencer; his son Timothy; and his sister Edith. He is survived by: his wife Lollae Spencer; his children, Wanda (Wes), Perry (Donna), Jeff Spencer and Gary (Shannon); his stepchildren, Paul Noreen, Katie Noreen, Susie (Ed) and Bridwell; his siblings, Lucille Burris, Blair Spencer, Curtis Spencer and Gary Spencer; and also Williams. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
