He is survived by: his children, Lane and Jessica; his parents, Alice Tellefson and Kemble Tellefson; his brother Myles Tellefson (Lisa); and his sibling's children, Keifer Larsen, Tessa Pryor, TyAnn Tellefson and Tara Tellefson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to a project dear to Matt's heart which is new restrooms for the Milton Freewater Junior Show Fairgrounds; their mailing address is M. F. Jr.
