Patsy A. Palmer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy A. Palmer (Milton Freewater, Oregon), born in Centerville, Washington, who passed away on September 20, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Kayser and Ina Kayser; her siblings, Keith, Mark, Larry, Annice and Sylvia; her son Brooks; her husband Wick; and her son-in-law Dave Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Brent (Linda) and Teresa; and her sisters, Dyan Catlin (Herald) and Dawn Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Walla Walla Community College Rodeo Club in care of the funeral home.
