With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Hammett of Milwaukie, Oregon, born in Riverside, California, who passed away on June 29, 2021 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Hammett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Hammett; her stepfather Norbert Contreras; her mother Evelyn; and her close friend Barbara Sawyer. She is survived by: her nephew Michael Newton; her siblings, Pat (Gene Thompson), Suzanne (late Bill Cummings) and Don Hammett (Joan); her stepsister Mary (Jacques Vaillancourt); her stepdaughter Melinda (Brian Azule); and her grandchildren, Marcus Crocket and Alyssa Azule. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews as well as grand- nieces and nephews.
