He is survived by : his wife Judy; his sons, Charles Miller (Lisa) of Vancouver, WA, Rick Miller (Rena) of Olympia, WA and Greg Miller (Crystal) of Vancouver, WA; and his stepchildren, Greg Cullen (Jill) and Terry Johnson (Ed) of Kelso, WA. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
