It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Marie Arrand of Milwaukie, Oregon, born in Covina, California, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Arrand (Cmeyla); and her grandparents, Viola and Orville Arrand. She is survived by: her father Estill Arrand; and her siblings, Gary Arrand (Gwen) of Elk, WA, Johnny Arrand (Kathy) of Idaho, Tom Arrand (Mercedes) of Elgin, OR and Carolyn Culver (Gale).
