He is survived by : his children, Christy Sandhagen (Grove) and Tony Mothershead of Forest Grove; his grandson Dusty; his great grandchildren, Sean, Luke, Zach, Ruby and Easton; his niece Laura Sweeney; and his nephews, Mike Rogers, Christopher Rogers and Kevin Rogers.
