He was predeceased by : his wife Dona Jo; and his granddaughter Lindsey Goold. He is survived by : his children, Steven Lee [Christina], Martin Wayne [Randie], Gary Lane [Sharlyn], J'Leane Marie Bennett [Leslie] and Samuel Linden [Sherie]. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty-six great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
