She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Temon Brown and Clara Morgan Brown; her son Carlos Williams; her husband Frank LeRoy Williams; her daughters, Judy Hilliard (Randall) of Lacey's Spring, AL., Sandra Courtney (Patrick) of Beaver Creek and Virginia Williams of Hammon, Washington; her daughter-in-law Cathey Williams; and her siblings, Hoyt Brown, Joyce Goodner, Josephine Summers and Janice Patterson. She was also cherished by 5 Grandchildren, 8 Great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
