It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Howe (Mulino, Oregon), who passed away on March 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Nicole Howe of Portland and Jessie Sandrock (David) of Hillsboro; his grandsons, Enzo, Moss of Portland, Henry and Cecil of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Kelly, Colleen (Nuttbrock), Molly (Strong), Patrick, Michele (Tennesen), Tigue and Lary.
