He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Edward Hays and Mary Isabelle Rouse; and his siblings, Jo Ann, John and Dan.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Marks; his grandson Jacob Edward Hays; his mother-in-law Addie Marks; his brother David (Angie); and also, Alan and Sam (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alder Slope Cemetery.
