It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie F Culbertson of Newport, Oregon, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, James Barber and Mildred Barber (Warner); her husband Rev. Bernard W. Culbertson; her grandson Scot Kim Culbertson; and her brothers, Francis James and Jim Donald Barber.
She is survived by : her sons, Bernie (Tia) of Valdez and Glenn (Esperanza) of Manila, Philippines; and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Amber, Joseph, Shawn, Geoffrey and Leah. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
