He was predeceased by : his parents, Gracie Ethel and Albert Sherman Stogsdill; his sisters, Ova Mae Sappington, Alberta Cravens, Opal Stedham, Jewel Malone, Frances Carr and Wanda Reeves; his son-in-law Bob Hayden; and his grandson Jason Powers.
He is survived by : his wife Maggie Dillard Sweetin; his former life partner Margaret Cichy; his children, Kathy Stogsdill of Corvallis, Jon Stogsdill (Marian) of Fernley, Amy Hayden of Springfield, Heidi Powers (Scott) of Sunriver and Susan Stogsdill of Corvallis; his stepdaughters, JoAnn York-Gilmore (Mark) of Anacortes, Jayne Simmons (Jim) of Cornelius and Julie Palucacos (Tom) of Apollo, Pennsylvania.; and his siblings, Clet Stogsdill of Savoy and Thresa Smith of Sussex, Wisconsin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
