He is survived by: his parents, John M. Gallaway and Dessie M. Gallaway (Bangs); his spouse Evelyn Violet Dobra; his sons, David Gallaway (Sandy) of Hillsboro, Oregon Ronald Gallaway (Gail) of Stockton, Kansas Stephen Gallaway (Ruth) of Oregon City and Oregon Philip Gallaway (Amber) of The Woodlands; his grandchild Fourteen; and his siblings, Nevada Merkle of Spokane, Carl Harris of Florence, Texas John Gallaway of Boring and Oregon Dave Gallaway of Portland. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
