He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Cook and Gladys Cook (Geiger). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Arnold; his sons, Kurt Cook of Bellingham, Chris Cook of Bellingham, Kevin (Sybel Cook) and Corey Cook of Bellingham; and his siblings, Joanne Loomis, Shirley Arndell, Don Cook and Terry Cook. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
