He was predeceased by : his parents, Will Cook and Jessie Raper Cook; and his son Steve. He is survived by : his wife Betty Swaim; his children, Sharon Krise (Jim) of New Bern, NC, Joe Cook (Chris) and Kathy Swigert (Butch); his daughter-in-law Nancy Cook of Philomath, OR; his grandchildren, Amy Decker (Ken), Anthony Cook, Anna Krise, Joseph Swigert (Brittany) and Andrea Motes (Tyler); and his sister-in-law Barbara Crisp. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
