In the vast expanse of eternity, Sharon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sharon farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Gil Rodgers of Oregon City, Oregon; and her children, Cynthia Graves (Ray) of Madison, Mark Hannaford (Tami) of Lincoln City, Oregon, Marcie Carter (Rob) of Salem, Oregon and Rich Rodgers (Cyndi) of Rosharon, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many siblings, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillside Chapel (1306 7th St, Oregon City, OR 97045).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Oregon City High School reflecting Sharon's lifelong commitment to education and community service.
