She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kowalski and Ruth Kowalski. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Erin, Johnny (Jyotika), Andrew (Sandy) and Sara (Jared); her pets, Duke and Louie; and her siblings, Jack (Jan) and Mary Beth. She is also survived by her four grandchildren.
