She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Barfuss and Mary Barfuss; her brother Brock Barfuss; and her brother-in-law Robert Christenson. She is survived by: her husband Scott Edward Monson; her children, Lori Woodley (Brycen), Dan Monson (Yvette), Grant Monson (Taylor), Stuart Monson (Brittany) and Diane Monson; her siblings, Robert Barfuss (LeeAnna), LaDawn Christenson, Dree Rasmussen (Todd), Scott Barfuss (Diane) and David Barfuss (Deanna); and her sister-in-law Natalie Call (Rick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Finley-Sunset Hills Memorial Park (6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (955 NW 173rd Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006).
