He was predeceased by: his spouse Wahlela "Wally" Mlady. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Ruthruff (Ron) and Jacqueline Waggoner (Rich). He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any remembrances be made to Connected Home Health & Hospice, or Veterans Hospice Care.
