It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Dayson of Portland, Oregon, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Betty Jean Dayson and Archibald Sellards; her brother Archibald Sellards (Freida); her children, DeWain Forbes Dayson, Delana May Dayson (Gregory), Devona Lea Dayson (Dean), Barbara Wertz (Michael) and William Dayson (Cherri); and her grandchildren, Christopher Dayson, James Dayson, Jennifer Wertz, Leslie Dayson, Dylan Toler and McKynzie (DeVona).
In lieu of flowers, mom was the lover of animals. Therefore, a donation made to the Oregon Humane Society would make her smile.
