She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowery Walker and Jewell Walker; her husband Clifton Lowell Harper; her siblings, Wanda Pegram, Wayne and Norman Walker; and her son-in-law Fred Doebbler.
She is survived by: her children, David Harper of Dallas, Lowery Harper of San Antonio, Donna Doebbler of Houston and Darlene Harper (Joe Meissner) of Portland, Oregon; her sister Carolyn McNeil of Pecos, Texas; her sisters-in-law, Sandra McIntyre of Bayfield and Virgie Walker of Antelope, California; and also, Carole and Rhonda. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
