She is survived by: her husband David; her son-in-law Orvin; her grandchildren, Charlotte and Nicolas; her daughter Desiree Dean (Orvin) of Portland; her granddaughter Hannah Dean of Portland; her great grandchild Latrell Summerfield; her grandson Nick Dean of Eugene; her son Jonathan Cyphers (Jon) of Bonney Lake; her grandsons, Desmond of Bonney Lake, Nathaniel of Bonney Lake and Christian of Bonney Lake; her siblings, Randy Siler (Carlene) of Oregon City, Kevin Siler (Angie) of Gallatin, TN, Tresa Berry, Becky Ellison, Geneva Snow and Anandi Thompson; Steve and Sharon.
It was Charlotte's wish that in lieu of flowers, donations would be made to AMIRacle Foundation Inc. in honor of her beloved friend Amir Fowler who showed Charlotte that truly, "Beautiful People Don't Just Happen.".
