She was predeceased by: her parents, Marquis L. Smith and Lucy Smith (Thompson); her brother Wayne Smith; and her brother-in-law Roy Sanders. She is survived by: her husband George L. Hinkel; her sons, Bobby L. Hinkel (Crystal) and Brian A. Hinkel; and her siblings, Barbara Hammons (Robert), Nancy Sanders, Mark Smith and Harold Smith.
