He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Dunham and Lillian Dunham (Henley); his children, Barbara Dunham (Randy Kintz), Ron (Heather Dunham) and Marne Carstens; and his sister Dolly Long. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
