He is survived by: his wife Cam Anh Chu; his siblings, Chung Thi Phan, Hue Dinh Phan, Chinh Thi Phan and Thu Thi Phan; his children, Diep "Chrissy" Phan, Tri Phan, Huong Phan and Anh Phan; and his grandchildren, Jenny Flowers, Michael Nguyen, Natalie Phan, Emilie Phan, Madeleine Lee and Claire Lee.
