With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Mahoney (Portland, Oregon), who passed away on August 29, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Francis Mahoney Sr. and Zora Dalrymple Mahoney; and his brothers, Lawrence, James, Michael and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Walker Mahoney; his children, Detlef Mahoney, James Mahoney, Sophie Jensen, Jay Kaylor, Autumn Kaylor, Katie Singleton, Paul Singleton, Megan Williams, Carl Williams, Paula Pierce and Richard Pierce; and his sisters, Ardie Ford of Apache Junction and Marylou Murphy of Vancouver. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and way too many friends.
The Mahoney family requests that any tributes to Dennis be made to the local chapter of the in lieu of flowers.
