She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest M. Chapman; her siblings, Joyce Foster and Ed Lucas; and her grandson Kris Chapman. She is survived by: her sons, Forrest Jr. (Glenna), Tim (Phyllis), Jeff and Tracy (Michele). She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contribution can be made in her name to TRBF.
