He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence C. Dugger (Aiken) and Clifford W. Dugger; and his sister Robin R. Kennedy (Dugger). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Dugger of Portland; his children, Daniale Cherie Harbick (Simon) of Malo, WA, Kyle Xavier Black (Kalie) of Portland, OR and Lawerence Randel Green (Noemi) of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Matilda Claire Harbick, Elise Grace Harbick, Elinor Meriwether Harbick, Itezl Marie Green and Matthew Ocampo of Portland, OR.; and his siblings, David M. Dugger (Diana) of Frankfort, IN, Dallas W. Dugger of The Dalles, OR and Kathleen J. Leichleiter (Dugger) of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
