He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harley Carl Roberts, Sr. and Irene Augusta Thompson; his stepchildren, Timothy James and Elizabeth Anne (Lizanne); his wife Kristin Peterson Echolds; his children, Hillary Roberts Kloetzli (Ernie), Tim Roberts and Lizanne Roberts Wicklund; his grandson Nolan Roberts; and his brothers, Chris (Kathy), Blaine, Mark (Theresa) and Lance (Kelly). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Harley's honor to Legacy Hospice-Portland.
