He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rowell and Mary Rowell (Frank); his wife La Lonnie; his siblings, David Rowell, Edward Rowell and Edith Rowell; and his granddaughter Rebekah Walsh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cherry (Michael Walsh), Cynthia (Lewis Gates) and Carma Rowell (Timothy Dyke); his siblings, Forrest Rowell of Central Point and Phyllis Miller of Days Creek; his grandson Cody Walsh; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Makenzie, Ryland and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
