It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Payne in Portland, Oregon, born in Clarksville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Regish and Anna Regish (Zaharsky); and her siblings, Joey, Frank, Mike, John, Charles, Mary, Elizabeth and Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn, Debbie, Earl, Jr. and Cindy; and her brothers, Steve (Jean) and Andy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
