It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Stephen Tallman (Portland, Oregon), born in Creston, Iowa, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Audrey Durston Tallman; his son David Tallman; his stepdaughter Judy Davis; his sister Marjorie Rowland; and his nephew Jeffrey Rowland.
He is survived by: his uncle Thomas Heppeard (Mayor); his son Matthew; his wife AnnaBelle Davis-Tallman; his daughter Beth Tallman; his stepchildren, Mike, Norman Davis, Jan Jacobsen and Jill LeBlas; his grandchildren, Craig Tallman, Alicia Richter and Kelley Dittrich; his great grandchildren, Audrey and Abigail Richter; and his sibling's children, John, Andy Dinges and Nancy Dinges.
