She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis Stoutt; her son Thomas Stoutt; and her husband Grant Bennett. She is survived by: her children, Roger Stoutt and Carolyn Cassell. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made in Jean's memory to the Vancouver Hospice Care Center in Salmon Creek, Wash.
