It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Hempeck (Portland, Oregon), born in Granite Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Raebel and Bertha Raebel; and her husband Melvin Richard Hempeck. She was also cherished by companion animals.
This was only after her epic battle with dementia/Alzheimer's.
