He is survived by: his son Shane Starkey; his wife Erin; his son Scott Starkey (Nicole); his wife Tanya Patrella; his daughters, Misti and Tiffany; and also, Elizabeth Gilliland Smith (Steve), Eric, Devin, David Gilliland (Heather), Matthew, Amanda, Evan, His, James, Ben and Scarlett.
