He was predeceased by: his father Dawson O. Clark, Jr.; his significant other Rev. James D. Wiek; his brother Clate Clark Sr.; and his grandparents, Dawson Clark, Sr., Elva Clark, Gerritt and Lana Van Wyck.
He is survived by: his mother Deloris Jean Clark (Van Wyck); his siblings, Susan Jagerson (Harold) and Steve Clark of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his stepdaughters, Autumn and Neely Wiek of Portland, OR.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
