She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Wilson and Kay Wilson; and her brother Rod Stroud. She is survived by: her spouse Khou Thao Graffeo; her daughter Abigail Gao-Nou Graffeo; her sisters, Beth Sullivan, Tina Placek, Flynn Ringwald and Steve Placek; her husband Joseph; her granddaughter Abigail; and also, Portland and Jyoti. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
Wishing to pass on this passion, she asks donations to be made to a fund she established for her granddaughter, Abigail to begin a future in dancing or art.
