Lillian Charlotte Gaines Obituary
Lillian Charlotte Gaines, age 91, of Portland, Oregon joined her husband Clayton in heaven Tuesday, January 1, 2019. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Deborah Gaines Hewitt, Carole Gremillion and son, Ronald Gaines; grandchildren, Joseph Hewitt, Kristin Hutchison, Evan Gremillion, Tara Gremillion and 3 great grandchildren.
Lillian was born in New Brunswick, NJ and moved to Portland after her marriage in 1947. Lillian worked as a school secretary for Beaverton and Lake Oswego School districts and retired in 1990. Lillian was always exploring a new craft or hobby and enjoyed playing the piano, sewing, painting, ceramics, doll making, quilt making, knitting and crocheting.
