With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lola Hall-Blackmon of Portland, Oregon, who passed away on September 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lola departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lola. Though Lola may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Terry Family Funeral Home (2337 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97227). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Emmanuel Church (1033 N Sumner St, Portland, OR 97217). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Willamette National Cemetery (11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086).
