She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Arthur Bertelsen and Etta Letitia Bertelsen (Anderson); her husband David Denman Meeker; her brothers, Edwin Arthur Bertelsen Jr. and Alfred Robert Bertelsen; and her daughter Roberta Jean Edwards. She was also cherished by four children, eight grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
